Section 1
Booking and Cancellation
By booking a session with Garden City Community Circus, you agree to these terms in full.
- All sessions are £15 per person and must be booked in advance.
- Each session has a maximum of 10 participants, confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Garden City Community Circus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. Participants will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
Section 2
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available when cancellations are made at least 7 days (1 week) before the booked session.
- Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds processed within 5-10 working days.
Section 3
New Member Welcome Gift
All new members receive a free devil stick and juggling balls on their first session.
- Limited to one per person, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
- Garden City Community Circus reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer.
Section 4
Health and Safety
- Participation is at your own risk. Garden City Community Circus takes all reasonable precautions.
- Please inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions before the session.
- All instructors are first-aid trained and DBS-checked.
- Garden City Community Circus holds full public liability insurance.
Section 5
Code of Conduct
All participants must treat instructors and fellow participants with respect, follow all instructions, and refrain from dangerous or disruptive behaviour.
Garden City Community Circus reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe.
Section 6
Safeguarding and Child Supervision
All Garden City Community Circus instructors are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding.
- Children attending Youth Circus must be collected promptly by a parent or guardian.
- At Family Circus, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- By enrolling a child, you confirm you have parental or guardian authority to do so.
Section 7
Photography and Media Consent
- We will always ask for consent before photographing or filming any participant.
- Please inform the instructor at the start of the session if you do not consent.
- Participants must not photograph or film other participants without express permission.
